a lovely seaside getaway

Waking up to the sound of crashing waves was a dream. Our room was impeccably clean and filled with cozy furnishings. The staff were friendly. The breakfast spread was diverse and satisfying, setting us up for adventures. Every evening, we enjoyed lovely sunsets from our balcony, watching turtles swim nearby. Truly, this place is a slice of paradise.

The parking was quite limited, which posed a challenge . While the hotel facilities are lovely, some amenities were unavailable, likely due to the off-peak season. It would have been nice to have a more extensive menu at the restaurant during this time.

it was in the best possible and spectacular location near the "main "beach, a bay perfect for a nice swim and snorkel and coastline. local coffee and eggs, overall the breakfast was extensive.

Lovely little hotel, 5 minutes' walk from the downtown. Good food including fruit juice, eggs and cheese at the breakfast. Absolutely perfect and nice location, quiet environment😃🙂😀

Waking up every day to the sound of the ocean and spoting turtles from our balcony was simply magical! The location and cleanliness were spot on. The only bummer was the breakfast menu lacked variety. 🌊

The roadside is uninviting with only one space for a vehicle to stop!!! WiFi stability needs improvement!!! Prepare for some noise from the nearby bar at night!!!

Enjoyed breakfast with a fine view of the beach every morning, made the experience special. Stock up on snacks nearby to save on hotel restaurant prices.

The ocean view from the private balcony was amazing and made mornings special. Staff were accommodating. While the pool area was well-maintained, and sun beds were usually available, the limited dining options were disappointing, especially when some menu items were unavailable. The parking situation was a bit challenging. The breakfast spread featured delicious sandwiches, setting the tone for a good day's start.

The rooms are newly renovated and spotlessly clean, offering fine ocean views. The pool area is fantastic and perfect. Breakfast spread was abundant with fresh options, including a good Sri Lankan breakfast that was authentic.

Only stair access to upper floors.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially the fantastic ocean view from our balcony. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the lively main beach where we found great seafood spots. Mirissa is a hotspot for water sports activities!

My wife says that the air conditioning was inconsistent .

The friendly staff, and the sea view was amazing. Enjoyed relaxing by the pool, savoring delicious fresh fruit each morning.

Sea world has renovated, clean rooms with ocean views and a beautiful pool area. It's located nicely between coconut hill and parrot rock, great for enjoyable walks to the nearby beach. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the staff were super pleasant and accommodating. We also had a good sri lankan breakfast which was very authentic.
